    According to some doctors, the number of people who have celiac disease is not that huge. Manufactures jumped on the bandwagon to promote more “healthy food.”

      You’re absolutely right, but somehow people who go off wheat often feel better than they did before. Mostly it’s a question of how the wheat is processed. For example, fresh baked bread and fresh pasta doesn’t cause the same problems as packaged wheat.
